What we need from you, what you get back, and when.
What to send
An STL, 3MF, STEP or OBJ file is best. A photo with a ruler in the frame, or a sketch with dimensions, is enough to start; we model the part at $45 an hour and you keep the file.
What the quote states
Material, color, layer height, infill, quantity, price and turnaround, in writing. It is valid for 30 days. Nothing is printed and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Minimums
No minimum order and no minimum charge. Setup is charged once per job, so the smallest job comes to about $8 and a second copy of the same part adds only its material and machine time.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is within the week; most small jobs are ready in 48 hours. Rush service in 24 to 48 hours is available on request and priced in the quote.
Volume
8% off from 10 parts, 15% off from 25 parts. Larger runs are quoted individually.
Payment and pickup
Payment terms are stated in the quote. Parts are picked up in Hershey or delivered across Hershey and the Lebanon Valley; delivery is arranged with the quote.
