We treat the files you send as confidential. We use them only to fulfill your order and do not sell, publish, or reprint them for anyone else. If you would like your files deleted after a job is complete, just ask.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It does load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google and Google may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts.

When you contact us by email, your message is handled by our email provider. When you submit the quote or material request form, the details you enter are delivered to our team as a message through Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), which processes them only to deliver that message. If we later add analytics or payment tools, we will update this policy to name them.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email host, and only as needed, or when required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep quote and order information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your project files sooner.
