BluHatch MFG (“we,” “us”) is a 3D printing shop in Hershey, Pennsylvania. We collect only what we need to quote your job, make your parts, and stay in touch. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we collect

When you request a quote or email us, you may give us:

• your name and email address;
• details about your project, such as descriptions, quantities, and any design files or links you choose to share;
• anything else you include in your message.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect payment card numbers through this website. We only collect this information when you choose to send it.

3. How we use your information

• to prepare quotes and produce and deliver your order;
• to communicate with you about your project;
• to keep records of orders; and
• to comply with our legal obligations.

4. Your design files

We treat the files you send as confidential. We use them only to fulfill your order and do not sell, publish, or reprint them for anyone else. If you would like your files deleted after a job is complete, just ask.

5. Cookies, analytics, and third parties

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Typefaces are served from our own site. The model catalogue and Boo Basket pages display preview images hosted by Thingiverse, Printables and MakerWorld; when you view those pages your browser requests the images from that service, which may receive your IP address as part of serving them.

When you contact us by email, your message is handled by our email provider. When you submit the quote or material request form, the details you enter are delivered to our team as a message through Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), which processes them only to deliver that message. If we later add analytics or payment tools, we will update this policy to name them.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email host, and only as needed, or when required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep quote and order information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your project files sooner.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@bluhatchco.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state or federal privacy laws; we will honor those rights where they apply.

9. Children’s privacy

Our services are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
