1. Who we are

BluHatch MFG (“BluHatch,” “we,” “us”) is a custom 3D printing shop based in Palmyra, Pennsylvania, operated by [legal entity name]. You can reach us at [contact email].

2. Our services

We produce custom parts using fused-deposition (FDM) 3D printing, and we offer design and modeling help. Every project is made to order from the files, materials, and settings agreed for that job.

Prices shown on our site are estimates, not binding offers. Geometry, supports, finishing, and file quality all affect the final price. A quote becomes firm only once we confirm it in writing.

3. Quotes, orders, and payment

• A confirmed quote is valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise.
• Because parts are custom-made, orders are generally non-refundable once printing has started. If something arrives defective or does not match the confirmed order, contact us within 7 days and we will reprint or refund it at our discretion.
• Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for losses caused by delays.

4. Your files and intellectual property

You keep all ownership of the designs and files you send us. You grant us a limited license to use them only to produce and deliver your order.

You represent that you own or have permission to print everything you submit, and that producing it does not infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, or other right. You are responsible for your designs; we do not review them for infringement.

5. Things we will not print

You agree not to order, and we may decline or cancel, any item that:

• is a firearm, a firearm component, or any part designed to assemble into a functioning weapon;
• infringes someone else’s intellectual property, or is a counterfeit or unauthorized replica;
• is illegal to make or possess, or is intended for an unlawful use; or
• we consider unsafe, hazardous, or otherwise inappropriate.

We may refuse any order for any lawful reason, and declining a job does not make us liable to you.

6. Fitness for purpose

3D-printed parts have material and process limits. Layer adhesion, temperature tolerance, and strength vary by material and orientation. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, parts are not certified for safety-critical, medical, aerospace, load-bearing, or life-support use. You are responsible for deciding whether a part is suitable for your application and for testing it before you rely on it.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where required by law, our services and parts are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluHatch’s total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or damage caused by a printed part.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BluHatch harmless from claims arising out of the files you submit, your use of the parts we make, or your breach of these terms, including claims that your design infringes a third party’s rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
